Right there, after you enter the walled city through clock tower you may find the greatest selection of sweets. There are about 10 little stalls that compose the area, each one has a selection of homemade candies stored in glass jars. Many of the shops have created sample packs in the event you are not Colombian and don't know what each candy tastes like. There is an entire hall full of candy and many different local desserts made out of panela, coconut, papaya, pineapple and many tropical fruits. Definitely an experience for the ones with a sweet tooth.
